Ombo is an independent AI consultancy based in Antwerp, Belgium. Founded and run by Bo. One-person practice — no account managers, no junior layer.

## What Ombo does

Ombo builds production-grade knowledge assistants for companies that have large amounts of internal knowledge (documents, handbooks, contracts, wikis, databases) and not enough ways to surface it. The core service is retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): AI assistants grounded strictly in a company's own sources, with inline citations on every answer.

Ombo also builds custom GPTs, role-specific copilots, and AI workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make).

Companies and teams in Belgium and the EU that need to make internal knowledge findable — law firms, professional services, logistics, HR, compliance-heavy industries. Belgian and Dutch clients served in Dutch and English.

## How it works

1. Discovery call (30 min, free) — scoping the problem
2. Evaluation set — 50–150 real questions define the quality contract before any model is touched
3. Build and evaluate — retrieval pipeline, answer layer, citations, scored against evaluation set
4. Deploy and maintain — Slack, Teams, intranet, or API; retainer available

Nothing ships until it passes the evaluation set.
